Tell us about your business and who you are. Add your company name, business registration number and a work email.

Graduates sign up with their Ghana Card, and we fill in their NSS details for them.

Get approved

Our team checks every company before it can see anyone's details. That's how candidates know who's looking. If something's missing, we tell you what, and you can fix it and resubmit.

Graduates build a CV in a guided form and publish it when it looks right.

Find the right people

Pick a plan with 50, 100 or unlimited candidates, paid monthly, quarterly or yearly. Search by skills, field, region and availability, and every result tells you why that person matched. Browsing is free. Unlocking a full profile uses one from your plan. Save people to a shortlist with private notes, or post a job and review who applies.

Send an interview invite straight from your shortlist or an application. Candidates accept or decline, and you move applicants through Reviewing, Shortlisted and Accepted. Their phone and email stay private, so every conversation starts with an invite.
